Service Overview:

Billing: Subscriptions are billed according to your plan. Your account will be updated as your order progresses, you will see your projected total and  will be charged when the order has been delivered. If you have a weekly service, you will be billed weekly, if you have a bi-weekly service you will be billed bi-weekly, and so on. Please contact us to pay a credit towards your account if  you want to be charged differently.  Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations must be made before the billing cycle renews. No prorated refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the billing cycle. Minimum Order Policy: All orders are subject to a 20lb minimum charge, a $39.99 rate. If an order weighs less than the minimum required rate, it will be billed at the minimum rate required according to the subscription plan. NOTE: 20lbs is about two standard trash bags full, 30lbs is about 3-4 trash bags full.  Missed Bag Charge: A $6 fee will be applied if your laundry order is not outside at your pick-up window (unless otherwise communicated prior to pick-up). We may or may not be able to come back around for pick-up on the same day, we will coordinate pick-up for another time, usually next-day.  Payment Policy: A valid payment method must be on file while placing an order. If a phone order has been placed, we will instruct you how to update your account. While your card information is in our system, we do not have the card numbers in plain sight. You will need to update your payment method under your account profile. Tumble Bags: Our Tumble Bags are provided as part or your subscription. Additional bags will be $10/each at your request. Unused Service: Unused services do not roll over to the proceeding week, bi-week or month.
