Additional Details:

• We do not accept the following: laundry baskets, heavily soiled laundry with urine, fecal matter, blood, bed bugs or any other hazardous material. Heavily soiled laundry will be charged an additional fee. 
• We reserve the right to use additives (sanitizer, vinegar, etc.) to your laundry to eliminate odors and stains, and will charge accordingly. This may result in a per lb charge of under $0.50/lb
• If you'd like something hung up, please provide  hangers and an additional note in your order. We do provide at least 5 complimentary hangers. We encourage including hangers in your laundry bag.

Minimum Order Policy: All orders are subject to a 20lb minimum charge, a $41 rate. If an order weighs less, it will be billed at the 20lb rate. Missed Bag Charge: A $10 fee will be applied if your laundry order is not outside at your pick-up window (unless otherwise communicated prior to pick-up). We may or may not be able to come back around for pick-up on the same day, we will coordinate pick-up for another time. Recurring Order Discount: A 5% discount is available for recurring orders with a commitment of at least 4 pick-up cycles. The standard $2.05/lb rate applies otherwise. Reschedule must be for later that day, or the following day unless communicated prior to pick-up day. Payment Policy: A valid payment method must be on file while placing an order. If a phone order has been placed, we will instruct you how to update your account. While we do not store or see full card details, the last four digits are securely kept for processing laundry service payments.
