How It Works
1. Schedule A Pick-Up!
Using our easy ordering software, input your address to ensure we service your area. Create a profile and begin customizing your laundry order! Add a note if you have a specific request or additional pick-up or delivery instructions.
2. Preparing Your First Order
If this is your first order, fill up a standard kitchen bag and a half. That is equal to the 20lb minimum we request for all orders. You will receive your brand new Tumble laundry bag once we return your laundry.
3. On Pick-Up Day
You will receive a reminder the night before, the morning of and when your driver will arrive. Please leave your bag at your front door by 9AM.
4. On Delivery Day
You will receive a text when your laundry is completed and when your driver is on the way. No need to be at home! A confirmation photo will be sent to you once your laundry has been delivered.
5. Schedule Recurring Orders!

Morning pick-up + delivery windows are from 9AM - 12PM
Afternoon pick-up and delivery windows are from 5PM-8PM
